This page explains what information we collect when you use the Peperomia guest app (reviews, offers, events, Wi-Fi and coupons), why we collect it, and the choices you have. The service is operated by Hill Harvest Ventures (a registered partnership firm, GSTIN 05AASFH0364C1ZM), trading as Peperomia – An Urban Bistro, 3rd Floor, ATE Windsor, Mukhani, Haldwani, Uttarakhand 263139, India ("we", "us").

What we collect

Feedback you give: your rating or sentiment about your visit, any comments you send us, and (optionally) which team member looked after you.
Contact details you choose to share: your name and WhatsApp number when you sign up for offers and event invites, claim a coupon, or RSVP to an event — always entered by you, never collected silently. Optionally, your birthday month if you share it.
Coupon records: codes issued to you and whether they were redeemed.
Basic technical data: a random device identifier stored in your browser and a one-way hashed form of your network address, used only to prevent abuse (for example, one device flooding the system). We do not store your raw IP address.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, or contacts, and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this app.

How we use it

To record and act on your feedback, including recognising the team members you mention.
To send you offers, deals and event invitations on WhatsApp, only if you opted in.
To issue and verify your coupon codes at billing.
To keep the service fair and prevent misuse.

If you choose to post a review on Google, that happens on Google's own pages under Google's Privacy Policy — we never post anything to Google on your behalf.

WhatsApp messages & opting out

Marketing messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., acting as our processor for message delivery. We send only a few messages a month. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by asking us in person or on WhatsApp — we will stop marketing messages to your number.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this app — website hosting and data storage (Vercel Inc.) and WhatsApp message delivery (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — and only to provide the service described here, or where the law requires.

Retention & your rights

We keep your information while it is needed for the purposes above. You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — message us on WhatsApp at +91 92592 70931 or email hillharvestventures@peperomia.in, and we will act within a reasonable time.
