These terms govern your use of the Peperomia guest app — feedback, offers, coupons, events and guest Wi-Fi — operated by Hill Harvest Ventures (a registered partnership firm, GSTIN 05AASFH0364C1ZM), trading as Peperomia – An Urban Bistro, 3rd Floor, ATE Windsor, Mukhani, Haldwani, Uttarakhand 263139, India ("we", "us"). By using the app you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

The app lets you share feedback about your visit, optionally post a review on Google, claim offers and coupon codes, RSVP to events, and connect to guest Wi-Fi. It is free to use and intended for guests of the restaurant.

Reviews

Any review you post on Google is written by you, in your own words, and is submitted on Google's platform under Google's own terms and policies. We never post reviews on your behalf, never require a review, and never offer rewards in exchange for reviews. Feedback you send us directly may be used internally to improve the restaurant.

Offers & coupon codes

• Coupon codes are personal, single-use unless stated otherwise, and tied to the number used to claim them.
• Offers are valid for dine-in at Peperomia, Haldwani only, within the stated validity period, and as per any terms shown on the offer (for example minimum bill value or one code per table).
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• We may modify, pause or withdraw an offer at any time, and may refuse redemption where we reasonably suspect misuse or abuse.

WhatsApp messages

If you opt in, we send occasional offers and event invitations on WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us in person — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the service — including attempting to claim codes with false details, using automation or multiple identities to obtain offers, or interfering with the app's operation. We may limit or block access to protect the service and other guests.

Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the app, including temporary unavailability of the service, Wi-Fi, or any third-party platform (such as Google or WhatsApp). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Haldwani / Nainital district, Uttarakhand shall have jurisdiction.
